Lending Library and Online Resources

Colorado LTAP maintains a small but comprehensive, in-house FREE lending library of reference materials. There are over 2700 training videos, publications, and CD's, as well as research literature, management software, and technical assistance to help local agencies implement the most effective techniques in roadway maintenance and construction operations.
