Registration Fee

The registration fee for this workshop is $50 per person for employees of government agencies and $75 per person for non-government agencies. Fee includes any class handouts and lunch. Instructors

McArthur, Robert

ROB MCARTHUR is a semi-retired public administrator with 40 years of experience in the Highway Transportation and Maintenance Industry working his way to Colorado from Alaska following the Continental Divide. Having expertise in Diesel Mechanics and Avalanche Mitigation augmenting a background in Business Management, he has been educated at three universities and two colleges including most recently a degree in Highway Maintenance Management. He is dedicated to educating the next generation of Highway Maintenance professionals as an adjunct instructor with Front Range Community College and Colorado LTAP while maintaining employment as an HEO with Douglas County. He is motivated by students willing to question and adults with learning disabilities. His background in low-volume gravel roads has led to participation with FHWA, AASHTO, CDOT, LTAP, and other transportation authorities as an SME.
