You need to follow the presenting LTAP Center’s requirements for receiving the completion Certificate.  For example, some LTAP’s say, “after the online training, you must complete the course evaluation at the end”, or “Answer 1 or 2 questions about the training in order to receive the certificate, etc.”; and some are just attend and you receive it.  It is recommended to check if there is anything noted during registration to make sure they give you credit for participating.
