The Florida LTAP presents this 5-Part webinar series on Road Safety Fundamentals based on the FHWA Guide of the same name. The training is intended to provide an introduction to the fundamental concepts of road safety, covering areas such as the nature of road safety issues, human behavior and the road environment, and how to identify and solve road safety problems.

RECEIVING ROADS SCHOLAR I CREDIT:
You need to attend ALL of the scheduled sessions in order to receive credit for the training course Upon completion, the respective LTAP doing the training provides you the participant certificates, and when you send us copies for our records, CO LTAP will provide the credit on your transcript.
You need to follow the presenting LTAP Center’s requirements for receiving the completion Certificate. For example, some LTAP’s say, “after the online training, you must complete the course evaluation at the end”, or “Answer 1 or 2 questions about the training in order to receive the certificate, etc.”; and some are just attend and you receive it. It is recommended to check if there is anything noted during registration to make sure they give you credit for participating.
