Advanced Chip Seal

This class is intend to give the attendees the information they need to do quality chip seals. To do this we will discuss all of the small details that are needed to complete a chip seal. This includes Traffic Control, Safety, materials used and details on maintenance and use of all of the equipment used for chip sealing. The goal is to provide the attendees with the knowledge to be able to supervise a chip seal project after attending this class.
