Program TopicsThis Supervisory Skills and Development Program class is offered every Spring, alternative West Slope and Front Range locations. Developing the Leader Within What does it mean to be a successful leader in today’s organizations? How do you show up, build relationships, create a positive culture and model core concepts in today’s fast-paced, diverse work environment?

This is a course in the Supervisory Skills and Development course track.
The registration fee for this workshop is $75 per person for employees of government agencies and $100 per person for non-government agencies. Fee includes class handout and lunch.
Please be considerate of those on the waiting list, cancel early if necessary. A full refund will be made if you cancel no later than 3 business days prior to the training day; otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee.
In order to receive credit for this class, attendees must stay until the end when it is dismissed by the instructor and class certificates are awarded.
Phyllis Lundy, President of Lundy Professional Development Resources, Inc., has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, business management, training, facilitation, team building, coaching and consulting. Phyllis is a qualified instructor for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Formerly a trainer for The Graduate School of the USDA, she is a recipient of their Faculty Excellence award. As a trainer in the private, public and non-profit sectors, she has designed and presented workshops in over 50 topics for leadership teams, managers, supervisors, team building, leadership, change management, performance, customer service, communication skills, process improvement, and numerous other leadership and workplace skills.
