Program Topics

This Supervisory Skills and Development Program class is offered every Spring, alternating West Slope and Front Range locations.

In this fun, interactive, and hands-on class you will learn to: 

• Improve verbal relationships at work
• Understand communication responsibilities
• Assess different communication styles
• Apply assertive communication techniques

This is a course in the Supervisory Skills and Development course track.


Registration Fee

The registration fee for this workshop is $75 per person for employees of government agencies and $100 per person for non-government agencies. Fee includes class handout and lunch.


Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate of those on the waiting list, cancel early if necessary. A full refund will be made if you cancel no later than 3 business days prior to the training day; otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee.


Special Notes

In order to receive credit for this class, attendees must stay until the end when it is dismissed by the instructor and class certificates are awarded.

Instructors

Lundy, Phyllis

Phyllis Lundy, President of Lundy Professional Development Resources, Inc., has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, business management, training, facilitation, team building, coaching and consulting. Phyllis is a qualified instructor for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is on the adjunct training staff for Right Management, Transportation Learning Network, and Western Management Development Center. Formerly a trainer for The Graduate School of the USDA, she is a recipient of their Faculty Excellence award. Providing training in the private, public and non-profit sectors, she has designed workshops in over 50 topics for leadership teams, managers, supervisors, team building, leadership, change management, performance, customer service, communication skills, process improvement, and numerous other leadership and workplace skills.
